Brilliant hotel, will definatley be going back!
Very good value for the money, very good room design, very good bed, I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay, free wifi in the business hub area in first floor, very good breakfast, highly recommended hotel
very clean and close to restaurants and the station good value for money all round will return later this year
Central location, Friendlyand helpful staff, excellent value for money
Clean, central location, pleasant staff, easy to find
Could have done wityh WiFi in the rooms, breakfast was good on one day but very poor the next (limited food available), slow to refill
staff were friendly & courteous. Food & beverages were very good and the room was clean and comfortable and the whole experience was good considering the last minute booking we made.
parking but thats not the hotel's fault MK needs to be free parking everwhere like the old days
Pretty close to local amenities. Room service/bar prices were very reasonable.
No parking, no dressing gowns, no iron, squeaky bed, creaky wooden ill fitting wooden floor, kettle didnt work. All for £90/night.
The location nearest to the shops and the clubs.
The bed was terrible and the hotel was very nosie.
The breakfast was good and wide selection, room was clean and comfy.
The only thing was the room smelt slightly on arrival. opening a window soon solved this issue though
I liked the room design and the cost.
I didn't like the broken kettle, the number of towels or the standard of cleanliness of the bedding.
The use of internet in my room - although I believe this should be cheaper, if not free.
You do not provide biscuits in bedrooms, whereas most hotels do.
It is a hotel that we liked most. Its location was ideal, it was at the heart and centre of all things in Milton Keynes, 10 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes walk from the shopping centre and 10 minutes walk to Escape. In addition, the space in the room was relatively roomy, and it was clean at all times. Finally, the friendliness and honesty of the staff and their willingness to assist and respond to any enquiry stated. I was amazed by the willingness of one receptionist who she was willing to borrow us her own umbrella when outside was slightly raining.
It didnt have any refrigerator in the room. The bathroom could be designed better to avoid excess water falling everywhere on the bath floor, regardless the fact there was no water present in few hours time.
Central location in Milton Keynes with easy access to the Hub and the bars and restaurants therein.
No parking available, no gym facilities and for some reason I was given a room with two single beds.
The location is perfect with a wide choice of restaurants and bars, literally on the doorstep.
The air con unit in the room is very noisy. The beds are not the most comfortable.
the location is excellent, close to amenities and city centre. room was quiet.
the room was pretty basic, no wardrobe just space to hang your clothes. the bed was not very comfortable, it creaked when you turned over. the wooden floor whilst practical made the room feel 'cold'
